Ensure all books and notebooks required for the day (as per the timetable) are brought to school.
Take care of your stationery items and avoid misplacing them.
Attend school in a clean and neatly ironed uniform with properly polished shoes.
Maintain short, clean nails. Nail inspection will be conducted by teachers every Monday.
Arrive at school at least five minutes before the first assembly bell.
Avoid shouting or running in the school corridors.
Be kind, respectful, and helpful to your fellow classmates.
Refrain from missing school unless absolutely necessary.
Greet teachers and peers courteously whenever you meet them.
Guidelines for Parents
Check and sign your child’s diary every day to stay informed about their progress and notices.
Ensure your child attends school in clean clothes and well-groomed appearance.
Your child’s hair should be free of lice, dandruff, dirt, and excessive oil.
Nails must be trimmed and clean. Nail polish is strictly not permitted.
Kindly ensure that your child does not carry more than Rs. 1–2 to school.
Collect your child’s result on the scheduled date. If unavailable, inform the school in writing and collect it from the office on the next working day.
You may contact subject teachers on Saturdays between 12:15 p.m. and 1:15 p.m.
The school does not take responsibility for the collection or distribution of lunch boxes or personal items.
The second Saturday of every month is a holiday.
Important Instructions for Parents
Photographs and signatures of the mother/father/guardian must be affixed in the school diary.
If a child needs to leave school early, they will only be released to a parent or guardian whose photograph is present in the school diary.
Avoid sending your child to school if they are unwell.
Newly admitted students must submit their Transfer Certificate (TC) within 10 days of admission.
Notify the school in writing if there is any change in address or mobile number.
Attendance at Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) following each examination is compulsory.
For personality development, ensure regular maintenance of your child’s uniform, nails, and hair.
School fees must be deposited between the 1st and 15th of each month. A late fee of Rs. 100/- (One hundred only ) will be applied after 15th of every month.
If the fee remains unpaid by the 30th of the month, the student’s name will be struck off the school register.
All fee payments must be made directly at the bank. Please mention the student’s name, class, and section clearly on the fee slip.
Students are strictly prohibited from bringing scooters, motorcycles, mopeds, or mobile phones onto school premises.
Every student must wear their tie, belt, I-card, and house badge
School Timings:
April to October: 7:30 a.m. – 01:30 p.m. (arrival by 7:20 a.m.)
November to March: 7:50 a.m. – 1:40 p.m. (arrival by 7:50 a.m.)
Late arrivals will not be allowed as the school gate closes at the designated time.
Parents may meet teachers or subject teachers only on Saturdays with prior permission from the Principal.
Principal’s visiting hours are from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. only.
Students wishing to leave the school permanently must apply for a Transfer Certificate (T.C.) between March 23rd and March 30th. Failure to do so will result in a liability to pay 50% of the annual session fee.
Medical and Attendance Policies
Any long-term absence due to medical reasons must be supported by a Medical Certificate issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner (R.M.P.).
No leave will be granted without a written application from the parent or guardian stating the reason for absence.
Upon return from any leave, the class teacher will record an entry in the diary.
After recovering from a contagious disease, students must produce a Fitness Certificate from a doctor before re-joining school.
Quarantine Guidelines for Specific Illnesses:
Chickenpox: Return only after complete shedding of scabs.
Cholera: Return only upon complete recovery.
Measles: Minimum one month or until all symptoms subside.
Whooping Cough: Minimum six weeks.
Parents are advised to ensure that their children receive timely vaccinations and immunizations as per medical guidelines.
