Students are required to arrive at school at least 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the morning assembly. Upon hearing the first bell, they must assemble in an orderly line and maintain absolute silence.
After the assembly, students must proceed to their respective classrooms in a disciplined and quiet manner.
No student is permitted to leave the school premises during school hours unless there is an exceptional and urgent reason, and written permission has been obtained from the school office.
Students must not loiter in the corridors or within the school premises once the bell has rung.
The bringing of valuable items such as jewellery, expensive pens, cameras, mobile phones, or other electronic gadgets is strictly prohibited. The school shall not be held responsible for the loss of any such belongings.
Students who fail to wear the prescribed school uniform shall be sent home.
The use or bringing of motorized vehicles such as scooters, bikes, or mopeds by students is not permitted under any circumstance.
Students suffering from infectious or contagious diseases shall not be permitted to attend school to ensure the safety and well-being of others.
Cleanliness and Personal Hygiene
All students must wear a neat and clean uniform, with properly polished shoes and clean socks.
Class teachers will conduct personal hygiene inspections every morning prior to the assembly.
Maintaining personal cleanliness and hygiene is the responsibility of each student.
Students must ensure that their eating area is clean and tidy after having their meals.
Proper grooming is mandatory. Students must:
Maintain well-trimmed nails
Ensure cleanliness of ears, eyes, and nose
Maintain a proper haircut as prescribed by the school
Attendance and Leave Policy
Leave of absence will be granted only upon the submission of a written application from the parent or guardian, specifying a valid reason.
In case of illness, a medical certificate from a registered practitioner must accompany the leave application.
Students from the Secondary and Senior Secondary sections must strive to maintain full attendance. Absenteeism is permitted only on medical grounds or due to genuine emergencies.
If a student is absent for three consecutive days without prior approval, their name is liable to be struck off the rolls, and re-admission will require payment of the prescribed fee.
Punctuality is imperative. Students must arrive on time to ensure academic consistency and discipline.
Discipline and Behaviour
Students must wear the school uniform strictly as per the guidelines regarding colour, stitching, and design approved by the school authorities.
Hairstyles must comply with the school’s grooming standards.
Students are not permitted to interact with or bring outsiders into the school campus at any time.
The use or possession of motorized vehicles by students is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in cancellation of admission.
Discipline must be upheld at all times. Students are expected to follow instructions, respect school authorities, and adhere to all school rules.
Any form of indiscipline, disobedience, or academic negligence may result in disciplinary action, including termination of enrollment.
All students must abide by the Code of Conduct as outlined in the school prospectus.
Principal’s Office – Visiting Hours
The Principal will be available for parental interaction on working days from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m..
Parents/guardians are advised to schedule an appointment in advance via telephone.
The Principal shall not be available for meetings outside the designated hours or on Sundays/holidays.
Only the parents or a guardian (as listed in the admission form) may inquire about the student.
If a student is performing unsatisfactorily in academics or is involved in disciplinary concerns, parents are expected to meet the Principal promptly when requested.
Any grievances or suggestions must be submitted in writing directly to the Principal’s office. Parents are requested not to approach teaching staff directly for such matters.
